Shellcrest is available on a month to month lease at the rate of $1700.00 per apartment per month or alternately, $175.00 nightly, single occupancy with a three night minimum. A security deposit may be required depending on the length of stay. Stays of three months or more qualify for a discounted rate. Stays shorter than one month are subject to availability. Payment by check or money order only. A 50% deposit for the first month is required at the time of reservation. Full refunds if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival.

No pets or children please.

Smoking is allowed only out of doors on the veranda and covered porches.
